- Raw material procurement:
Our process starts with the careful selection and sourcing of high-quality raw materials, often from FSC certified birch. Birch is favored by us because of its good processing properties, high mechanical strength and elasticity. It is light in color, can be processed in a variety of ways, is clear and natural, and is very versatile. It is an excellent raw material for making disposable tableware.
- High temperature cooking:
After the selected logs are stripped to remove impurities or irregularities, they are soaked in pure water to soften and remove the resinous material. This process often takes a week, during which it also needs to be treated with purifying steam at different temperatures for 72 hours to ensure the complete elimination of impurities and resin.
- Punching and forming:
The logs are then cut according to design standards. To ensure accuracy and flatness, we use a horizontal lathe to complete this step. The machining accuracy of gears is as low as 0.01mm. Custom-designed cutting tools further improve the quality of your finished product!
- High temperature drying:
In order to ensure the quality and extend the service life of wood products. We use 6 small high temperature drying processes. During the entire process, the quality of the product is constantly monitored, and the moisture content and core material ratio are recorded in detail to reduce the moisture content to within the specified 6%, which is the same as the moisture content of A4 paper.
- Polishing treatment:
In order to eliminate burrs and scratches on the wood surface, we use special machinery and adopt two methods: cross-hatch grinding and grinding along the grain, first rough grinding and then fine grinding, so as to improve the smoothness and beauty of the tableware and achieve the effect of improving the user experience. . In the meantime, we sanded and vacuumed at the same time.
- Manual selection
We have very strict requirements on product quality. Using meticulous selection, workers check the wooden texture of the products according to the process. Once defects or cracks are found, they are dealt with immediately, and only products that meet the standards are retained.
- Pressing:
During the molding process, we use fully automatic image scanning technology to screen the diversity and irregularities of defects first. The temperature of the pressing process is controlled at 150-200°C, and the pressing time is 10-20 seconds. We will then arrange for manual secondary selection to remove products that cannot be recognized by the machine, thereby selecting wooden tableware with regular shapes and stable quality.
- Packaging and assembly kit:
Finished products are packaged according to customer requirements. We will choose environmentally friendly and biodegradable packaging materials to coordinate with the ecological awareness of wooden tableware. Custom branding options including labels, logos or custom design elements are also available.
- Quality control and inspection:
Every piece of tableware undergoes strict quality control, and detailed quality tracking records are kept after each process is completed, supplemented by comprehensive video surveillance. Once a problem occurs in a certain link, we ensure that it is discovered and rectified promptly. And our highly skilled quality inspectors carefully inspect each item with meticulous attention to detail.
10.Logistics
Our marketing department has a long-term logistics team. Before the product leaves the warehouse, our warehouse management will conduct a final inspection of the product. After confirming that it is correct, we will notify the logistics company to arrange delivery.
