How a custom order works
- Send your brief. Items, length, set contents, wrap, logo artwork, quantity and destination port.
- Get a quote. Price depends on the set format, packaging and quantity; lead time is confirmed per order.
- Check free samples. Stock samples first, so you can judge the wood, finish and strength; printed samples on request.
- Approve the artwork proof. We send a proof of the printed sleeve, wrap or handle stamp before production.
- Production and inspection. Cutlery is checked for splinters, cracks and finish before packing.
- Shipping. FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP.
What decides the price of custom wooden cutlery
- Set contents — each extra piece, napkin, toothpick or sachet adds cost.
- Length and thickness — longer or reinforced pieces use more birch.
- Wrapping — loose bulk packing costs least; individual kraft, OPP or compostable film wraps add material and labour.
- Printing — plain vs printed sleeves, number of print colours, and whether the logo is stamped on the handle.
- Order quantity — set-up and printing plates are spread over the run, so larger orders cost less per set.
- Shipping terms — FOB, CIF or DDP, and how the cartons fill the container.

Can you put our logo on wooden cutlery?
Yes. Most buyers print the logo on the kraft sleeve, sachet or film wrap, which is the cheapest branded touchpoint. A hot-stamped logo on the handle itself is quoted on request.
What is the minimum order for custom cutlery?
Stock items have no minimum. For custom orders the minimum depends on the packaging and printing, and we quote it with the price.
Are samples free?
Yes. Stock samples are free, so you can check the wood, finish and strength before you order.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the printing, packaging and quantity. We confirm the lead time with each quote.
