When you use our contact form, request a quote or samples, or email us, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, country or destination market, and, if you choose to give them, your company name, phone or WhatsApp number, the products you are interested in and your message.
- Live chat. If you use the chat window on our site, the messages you send and the details you share in the chat are stored by our chat provider so that we can reply.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
